Elda Mickelson, Casselton, N.D., will celebrate her 90th birthday with an open house from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Woell Mansion, Casselton. No gifts, please.
She was born Sept. 19, 1920, in Embden, N.D., to Edwin and Emma Beilke. She married Alvin Mickelson June 25, 1946, in Casselton.
She has three children, Dean Mickelson, Longmont, Colo.; Sharon Demaray, Burnsville, Minn.; and Linda McConnell, Springfield, Mo.; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
