Eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine, but still waiting? We want to hear from you

The vaccine rollout is proceeding at a painfully slow pace because of the scarce supply of vaccine. Are you eligible to be vaccinated and still waiting for a shot? We'd like to tell your story.

Are you a member of a group that's been designated to receive the vaccine to protect against COVID-19?

Tier groups 1A and 1B, which include those who are 75 and older or at least 65 years old and have chronic health conditions that place them at higher risk, are eligible for vaccination.

But the rollout has been painfully slow because supplies of the vaccine remain scarce, leaving people who are among the most vulnerable still unprotected.

We'd like to tell their stories.

If you are a Minnesotan or North Dakotan who is eligible for the vaccine, but still waiting for your shot — and willing to tell your story for publication — please email Forum writer Pat Springer at pspringer@forumcomm.com . Please include your phone number and where you live.
