Nick Offerman, known for his role on NBC's "Parks and Recreation" sitcom, was in Fargo Saturday, July 20, looking for some good eats at the Fargo Street Fair.

Offerman posted a selfie on his official Twitter account with The Forum building in the background, asking for advice on how to get bratwurst or curds. "Dear #FargoStreetFair ..." started the tweet.

The 49-year-old actor, writer and comedian was in the parking lot area for Saturday's Red River Market.

In the same tweet, he also posted a photo of himself with the Hotel Donaldson in the background.

Offerman was sporting a thick beard and wearing a Chicago Cubs baseball cap. He apparently found what he was looking for regarding food options, with the help of Twitter.

He later tweeted out: "Thank you for the excellent tips, now I am less angered and more fattened."

Offerman also made reference to the Fargo AirSho making it more difficult to reach the airport.

Offerman's initial tweet had more than 10,000 likes as of late afternoon Saturday, about four hours after it was posted. There were also around 300 replies and nearly 500 retweets.
