Workers started the installation of 12 visual art panels Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2018, on three sides of the Commission Chambers of the new City Hall, 225 Fourth St. N., in downtown Fargo, which will open to the public Sept. 17.

The panels were created by Fargo artist Catie Miller, who used imagery of railroads, the Red River and agriculture, among other themes, to showcase Fargo's history.
