FARGO — The 22nd Annual Midwest Kid Fest will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, June 11, in Fargo’s Island Park.

The day features free activities for kids and parents, including a daylong photo Teddy Bear Parade, interactive educational booths, life-sized games, an entertainment stage, petting zoo and more.

Festival food, like waffles, Italian ice, sloppy Joes, hot dogs, cookies, tropical snow cones and more will be available for purchase, or bring your own lunch and snacks for a picnic.

Free transportation is provided by MATBUS for kids going to the festival. Bus transportation information to Midwest Kid Fest can be found at FargoParks.com. Free parking is available at the Island Park Pool lot, Island Park Ramp after 2 p.m. and in the neighborhood.
