The day is designed to celebrate and raise awareness of the berry, also known as chokeberry. Festivities include food trucks, live music, beer and wine, local vendors, kids games, face painting, ax throwing and more.
Admission is free, but for $5, attendees can try yoga or forest bathing, a mindfulness session allowing participants to connect with nature.
