Fargo Public Library announces weekly storytime sessions

FARGO -- Fargo Public Library's fall storytime series will kick off Monday, Sept. 10. The free, 14-week program for toddlers, preschoolers and families will include storytimes at all three library locations, and children attend one session per week.

Toddler Storytime (18 months to 3 years old) will be offered at the main library, 102 Third St. N., on Mondays at 10 a.m.; Northport Library, 2714 Broadway N., Tuesdays at 10 a.m.; and Dr. James Carlson Library, 2801 32nd Ave. S., Wednesdays at 10 a.m.

Preschool Storytime (ages 3 and older) will be offered at the main library Mondays at 11 a.m.; Northport Library on Tuesdays at 11 a.m.; and Dr. James Carlson Library on Wednesdays at 11 a.m.

Family Storytime (children 18 months and older) will be held at the main library each Monday at 6:30 p.m.

The storytime sessions will continue through Dec. 14, and registration is required. Register at www.fargolibrary.org or by calling 701-241-1495.

Additionally, the library will hold Baby Rhyme Time, a storytime geared to infants up to 18 months old, at 10 a.m. the first and third Thursday of each month at the Dr. James Carlson Library and at 6:30 p.m. the first and third Thursday of each month at the downtown main library. No registration is required for those events.
