FARGO — The Fargo Public Library, Fargo Park District and Fargo Park District Foundation are installing a permanent StoryWalk at Brunsdale Park, 1702 27th Ave. S., to encourage residents of all ages to read, move and enjoy the outdoors.

The StoryWalk will be along the trail beginning on the northwest end of the park near the playground and will extend to the south along the trail prior to returning to end near the playground.

The StoryWalk is a series of permanent signs designed to connect reading and learning with physical activity. It will be free and available during regular park hours. The first walk features art and words from the book "Move" by Steve Jenkins and Robin Page. Featured books will change every few months.

A virtual grand opening is scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, on the Fargo Public Library's and Park District's Facebook pages.
