Area Guns N' Roses fans will have to wait a bit longer to be welcomed to the jungle.

The Fargodome sent out an e-mail Wednesday afternoon announcing that the Aug. 23 show had been postponed. A new date has not been announced.

Fans should hold onto tickets. When the new date is announced, ticketholders will have 30 days from the notification to get a refund. If a new date isn’t announced within 60 days of today, a 30-day window for refunds will begin. If a refund is requested, it will be processed in 7 to 10 business days.

Citing concerns over the coronavirus outbreak, last week Maroon 5 announced it was rescheduling its entire tour, including an Aug. 8 show at the Fargodome. In April Elton John also postponed his tour, including a Fargodome date on June 13. No new dates for either tour have been announced.

In March, the Fargodome announced Cher’s April 11 show would move to Sept. 26 and Mercy Me’s April 5 show was rescheduled to Nov. 15.
