Yes, it's almost football season. But I didn't get a chance yet to visit with new North Dakota State women's basketball coach Jory Collins since he took the job in late April. This week worked, so here we are.
Collins visits with me in this podcast to give an update on the program three months after his hiring. Collins says the Bison have some young talent, but have a ways to go to be competitive with the top of the Summit League. He's confident the Bison can get to the middle of the league reasonably quickly, but believes the support given to NDSU athletics and the quality of Fargo and the campus will help them take the next step.
