FARGO — The next stop on Guy Fieri’s flavortown tour of Fargo-Moorhead will be Passage to India. The newest episode of “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives,” which will air Friday night, Jan. 8, features the popular host’s stop at the Fargo restaurant.

The ethnic eatery posted a picture on Facebook of Fieri with owner Saravana Rangaswamy announcing the airing on Thursday night.

“It’s been a long journey, experiencing the highs, lows, and entire medley of emotions that come along with running a restaurant at a high level consistently for nearly two decades,” the post stated. “This is certainly one of our more memorable moments and we look forward to sharing this with you all.”

The restaurant, 855 45th St. S., currently offers only delivery and takeout due to COVID-19 restrictions, but will open up its dining room again on Saturday, Jan. 9.

The show also filmed at Nichole’s Fine Pastry & Cafe, Pounds and Blackbird Woodfire, all in Fargo, as well as Sol Ave. Kitchen and Rustica Eatery & Tavern in Moorhead, when Fieri and the production was here last summer. The episodes with Pounds and Blackbird aired in November.

Friday's episode will air at 8 p.m. Central time on the Food Network.
