Tugce Goksu Erbas and Kellen Ross Utecht were married July 8, 2012, on the Basari Cruise Ship in Istanbul, Turkey.
The ceremony was officiated by a representative from the municipality of Kadikoy.
Parents are Yavuz Erbas, Duzce, Turkey; Melahat Tahan, Haarlem, Netherlands; and Gene and Beth Utecht, Underwood, N.D.
Grandparents are Cevriye Tahan and the late Durmus Tahan, Kirsehir, Turkey; Nazife Erbas and the late Omer Lutfi Erbas, Ankara, Turkey; Clayton and Marion Nedrebo, Argusville, N.D.; Laura Utecht, St. Paul; and the late Harold Utecht.
Attendants were Ozge Kocer and Casey Utecht.

Tugce graduated from Yeditepe University School of Law and works at Price Waterhouse Coopers, Istanbul.
Kellen graduated from Underwood High School and from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a bachelor's degree in business economics. He is currently attending the University of Arkansas, studying at the Sam Walton School of Business and the Clinton School of Public Service.
They couple will make their home in Istanbul.
