Fergus Falls unveils new historic courtroom

Remarks will begin at 3 p.m. Wednesday

FERGUS FALLS — A grand re-opening of the Fergus Falls Courthouse historic courtroom is planned for Wednesday, May 18.

First designed 130 years ago, the unveiling will also commemorate Edward J. Devitt, for whom the courthouse is named, and will also reveal a new public art exhibition.

Remarks will begin at 3 p.m. Wednesday, in the Edward J. Devitt United States Courthouse at 118 South Mill Street, and a reception will follow immediately afterward.
