Don and Darlene Fiebiger, Valley City, N.D., and Mike Fosdick, Devils Lake, N.D., announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsey Barbara Fiebiger, to Cole Christopher Huber, son of Allen and Susan Huber, Jamestown, N.D.
Chelsey graduated from Valley City High School and served for eight years in the U.S. Army with one year served in Iraq with the 191 MP Company out of Fargo. She currently works at the Anne Carlson Center, Community Based Services providing in-home support.
Cole graduated from Jamestown High School and he graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, with an auto body repair and restoration degree. He works at Huber Paint and Drywall.
A Sept. 28 wedding is planned at the St. James Basilica Catholic Church, Jamestown.
