GRAND FORKS POLICE

Grand Forks Police say a man involved in a domestic dispute started firing random shots into the backyards of two homes, nearly striking four kids on Father's Day.
Police are trying to determine if the home was targeted as revenge for the double murder of two teens.
Investigators believe the victim was the same subject reported in the Red River on April 8
In a news release, police said officers were dispatched around 6 p.m. Saturday to the area around the pedestrian bridge near the north boat landing for a report of a "deceased person caught in a log jam."
