David and Shannon Savela of Sebeka have been named two men killed in a shootout between a deputy and police officer Saturday, Feb. 27.
One of the two other people who were shot died at the scene. The other was taken by ambulance to Tri-County Health Care in Wadena where they later died. None of those involved in the shooting have been named at this time.
Escaping custody from within the Wadena County Courthouse, stealing women’s underwear and breaking into a historic school house are some of the charges the Wadena man was sentenced for this month.
