Chrissa Halverson and Matthew Wolters, Barnesville, Minn., announce their engagement.
Parents are Dean and Lona Halverson, and Richard and Penny Wolters, all of Barnesville.
Chrissa graduated in 2002 from Barnesville High School and attended Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is a special education paraprofessional at Atkinson Elementary School, Barnesville.
Matthew graduated in 2000 from Barnesville High School. He is employed at the Rothsay Farmers Co-op, Barnesville, and he is also a volunteer firefighter with the Barnesville Fire Department.
The wedding and reception will be Saturday at Rustic Oaks, Moorhead.

Through this union they will also create a family with their son, Cameron.
