Alicia graduated from Valley City (N.D.) State University and is employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs, St. Paul.
Charles graduated from the University of Mary, Bismarck, and is employed by Dakota Prairie School District, Petersburg, N.D.
A June 2 wedding is planned at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Fargo.
