Chandra Hoefs and Tracy Muller announce their engagement.
Parents are Marlon and Kathy Hoefs, Pine River, Minn.; Ken Muller, Foxhome, Minn.; and the late Pat Muller.
Chandra graduated from Mayville (N.D.) State University and is employed by Wahpeton (N.D.) Public Schools.
Tracy is employed by Min-Dak Farmers Cooperative, Wahpeton.
A Nov. 1 wedding is planned at Foxhome Lutheran Church.
