Melissa Hurley and Clark Hagen, Las Vegas, announce their engagement.
Parents are James and Sharon Hurley, Moorhead; and Jerry and Doris Stromstad, Kenneth Hagen, Fortuna, N.D.
Melissa graduated in 2000 from Moorhead Senior High School and in 2004 graduated from Concordia College with a bachelor's degree in education. She graduated in 2008 from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a master's degree in curriculum and instruction. She is a third- grade teacher with the Clark County School District, Las Vegas.
Clark graduated in 2000 from Grenora (N.D.) High School and in 2002 graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, with an associate degree in architectural drafting and estimating technologies. He graduated in 2004 from Minnesota State Community and Technical College with a construction management degree. He is an estimator with the Jaynes Corp., Las Vegas.
A June 19 wedding is planned at Bethesda Lutheran Church, Moorhead, followed by reception at the Hilton Garden Inn, Fargo.
