Jessica Julson and Todd Johnson, Fargo, announce their engagement.
Parents are Sonia Julson and Mike Julson, Minot, N.D.; Rudy and Adele Butenas, Pelican Rapids, Minn.; and the late Howard Johnson.
Jessica graduated in 2002 from Surrey (N.D.) High School and in 2008 graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. She is the loss prevention manager at Wholesale Sports, Fargo.
Todd graduated in 2006 from the National Academy of Railroad Science, Overland Park, Kan. He is a locomotive engineer with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, Dilworth.
An October wedding is planned in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, followed by a reception on Oct. 30 at the Radisson Hotel, Fargo.
