WEST FARGO — Country singer Kip Moore will perform at West Fargo's Essentia Health Plaza on Saturday, Aug. 21.
EPIC Events announced the MIDCO Stage concert will begin at 7 p.m. with opener and Perham, Minn., native Patrick Murphy.
General admission tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, May 21, at Ticketmaster.com for $45 or $65, plus. Tickets are nonrefundable, and the concern will be held rain or shine.
Kip Moore arrived at the peak of the so-called "bro country" phenomenon of the 2010s, with the breakthrough hit "Somethin' 'Bout a Truck" becoming one of the classics of the genre: a big, shiny tune about good times, cold beer, cute girls and reliable vehicles. Once it took off in 2012, a few more hits followed — including "Beer Money" and "Hey Pretty Girl." His success continued over the coming years with 2017's "Slowheart" and 2020's "Wild World."
Warner Music Nashville singer-songwriter Patrick Murphy is self-described as Rascal Flatts and Dan + Shay meet The Script and Andy Grammer.
