Stefanie Koetz and Ryan Meyer announce their engagement.
Parents are Bradley and Wendy Koetz, Leonard, N.D., and Jay and Marilyn Meyer, Mapleton, N.D.
Stefanie and Ryan both attend the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Stefanie is employed by UND Wellness Center, and Ryan is employed by Bobcat, both in Grand Forks.
A March 16 wedding is planned at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Leonard.
