Becky Lashinski and John Lukach announce their engagement.
Parents are Lois Lashinski and Scott Tschida, Melrose, Minn.; and John and Macine Lukach, Langdon, N.D.
Becky graduated in 2002 from Melrose Area High School and in 2005 graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in legal studies.
John graduated in 1999 from Langdon High School and in 2002 graduated from Valley City (N.D.) State University with a degree in computer information systems. He graduated in 2006 from North Dakota State University with a master's degree in information systems.
Becky is a training specialist and John is a senior investigation engineer, both at Bank of the West, Fargo.

An Oct. 8 wedding is planned at A Friend's House, Kragnes, Minn., followed by a reception at the Ramada Plaza and Suites, Fargo.
