REPORTS
1.Teaching & Learning - Mrs. Thomas reported Summer school for K-12 will run June 9 - July 1. Summer school for grades 9-12 will be held at both the ALC and High School to support students in credit recovery. K-5 is looking into the possibility of an additional summer session in August. The Teaching and Learning Cabinet met on April 6 to continue to work on a District Comprehensive Needs Assessment.
2.Superintendent - Dr. Holm reported Special Election to fill School Board Member vacancy will be on Tuesday, April 13. Prom plans have been announced and Mr. Schmitz is working on plans for senior awards and the commencement ceremony. We are in week 9 of in-person instruction at the elementary level and week 7 of the secondary level. Last day of school is on June 4th. Thank you Laura Warne, for accepting the appointment of the board position until we could conduct the special election.

1.Adopt Resolution Accepting Gifts/Donations - Motion by Jay Lawton, seconded by Tammy Barnes to accept the donation from Benjamin and Anna Zieske ($25 - Winter coat donation), Anonymous ($15 - Donating remaining change from a payment), Andrew East (Acoustic electric guitar with hard case, 4/4 size Glaesel cello with hard case - High School Music Department $1,750 value), Darlene Schroeder (5 violas with cases and bows, 5 violins with cases and bows, 2 extra bows $2,775.29 value), David Moody ($50 - Nordic Ski Student Activity Fund), 100 Yard Club ($821.75 - Purchase equipment and t-shirts for middle school football).
