City of Fargo Notice of Public Hearing & Public Comment Period Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) & HOME Programs The City of Fargo is opening a 30-day public comment period starting March 16, 2023, including a public hearing on March 20, 2023 at the regular Fargo City Commission meeting. Final consideration will be at the April 17, 2023 City Commission meeting. The purpose for the public comment period is to consider a proposed amendment to the City’s 2022 HUD Action Plan, which is summarized in this notice. The activity would include new construction of a single-family home. The proposed budget for this unit is $200,000.
