NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS - Electronic or Hard Copy bids will be received until 9:00 A.M., Tuesday February 9th, 2021, by Lori J. Johnson, County Auditor, at the Auditor's Office in the Clay County Court House, 807 11th Street North, Moorhead, MN 56560, for the construction of the project listed below. Bids will be opened and read publicly by David Overbo, County Engineer, or a designated representative, on behalf of the Clay County Board of Commissioners, after the hour set for receiving bids. ELECTRONIC BIDS SHALL BE SUBMITTED THROUGH BIDVAULT.

Plans and Proposals may also be procured by purchase from the Clay County Highway Department, 2951 41 1/2 St S, Moorhead MN. 56560.

Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bidder's bond made payable to the Clay County Treasurer in the amount of at least 5% of the total bid.
The Clay County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, and award the contract in the best interest of Clay County.
