FEDERAL/STATE NOTICE OF PROPOSED BANKING FACILITY
Notice is hereby given that Border Bank, Fargo, North Dakota, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Commissioner of the North Dakota Department of Financial Institutions for consent to establish a facility at 3203 32nd Avenue South, Fargo, ND.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office located at 1100 Walnut Street, Suite 2100, Kansas City, MO 64106 and the Commissioner of the North Dakota Department of Financial Institutions, 2000 Schafer Street, Suite G, Bismarck, North Dakota, 58501-1204. Comments by interested parties must be received by the Regional Director and Commissioner no later than June 24, 2021. The non-confidential portions of the application are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
You are also advised that per Section 6-03-13.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, the Commissioner shall take into consideration the following facts in determining whether or not to approve the application: the convenience, needs, and welfare of the people of the community and area served; and the financial strength of the bank in relation to the cost of establishing and maintaining the separate facility.
This Notice is published pursuant to Section 303.7 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's Rules and Regulations and North Dakota Administrative Code 13-02-05-05.1.
