[1] PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Petition in the above-entitled matter has been filed with the Clerk of District Court in and for Cass County, North Dakota, requesting the termination of parental rights and stepparent adoption of the minor child, Jace E. Larson, should said petition be granted.
[2] Pursuant to N.D.C.C. §§ 14-15-11, 14-15-19(6), twenty (20) days' previous notice of the intended application must be given in the official newspaper printed in this county. You are hereby notified that twenty (20) days after the publication hereof, Petitioners will request entry of an order terminating parental rights and adoption of Jace E. Larson. Any person opposed to the granting of this Petition should voice objection hereto or forever be silent. Said Petition will come on for an initial hearing before the Honorable Wade L. Webb, Judge of the District Court in and for Cass County, North Dakota, in the chambers of said Court located in the Cass County Courthouse in the City of Fargo, County of Cass, North Dakota on July 20, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard.
