TO: THE ABOVE-NAMED RESPONDENTS.
[¶1] PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Petition in the above-entitled matter has been filed with the Clerk of District Court in and for Cass County, North Dakota, requesting the adoption of Kaitlyn Rose Nolte, born in 1995, should said Petition be granted.
[¶2] Pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 14-15-11, 14-16-16, twenty (20) days previous notice of the intended application must be given in the office newspaper printed in this county. You are hereby notified that twenty (20) days after the publication hereof, Petitioner will request an entry of an order approving the adoption of Kaitlyn Rose Nolte. Any person opposed to the granting of this Petition should voice objections hereto or forever be silent. Said Petition will come on for hearing before the Honorable Tristan J. Van de Streek, Judge of District Court in and for Cass County, North Dakota, in the chambers of said Court located in the Cass County Courthouse in the City of Fargo, County of Cass, North Dakota on June 29, 2021 at 3:30 p.m.
