[¶1] PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Petition in the above-entitled matter has been filed with the Clerk of District Court in and for Cass County, North Dakota, requesting an Order changing the name of "Joan Iona Wolff" to "Joan Iona Haugen-Wolff."
[¶2] Pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 32-28-02, thirty (30) days' previous notice of the intended application must be given in the official newspaper printed in this county. You are hereby notified that thirty (30) days after the publication hereof, Petitioner will request entry of the Court's Order changing the name of "Joan Iona Wolff” to "Joan Iona Haugen-Wolff." Any person opposed to the granting of this Petition should voice objection hereto or forever be silent.
