Moorhead Public Housing Agency (MPHA) will hold a public meeting to allow public review and comment on the following: 1) The PHA 5 Year Plan 2) Capital Funding Grant 5 Year Plan revision 3) Repositioning of public housing scattered sites 4) Voluntary transfer of the Clay County HRA public housing program to MPHA.

Moorhead Public Housing Agency (MPHA) will hold a public meeting to allow public review and comment on the following:
1) The PHA 5 Year Plan 2) Capital Funding Grant 5 Year Plan revision 3) Repositioning of public housing scattered sites 4) Voluntary transfer of the Clay County HRA public housing program to MPHA. This program is currently comprised of Operating Subsidy, Capital Fund Program, Asset Reposition Fees and Demolition or Disposition Transition Funds; and 5) Proposed changed to other public housing policies including Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy, House Rules, List of Tenant Charges.
The public hearing shall take place on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 11:30 AM at the First Floor Chambers of City Hall, 500 Center Avenue in Moorhead MN.
All interested parties, including MPHA tenants, are encouraged to attend. Written comments also will be accepted. The proposed changes and plans are available for review at the MPHA office located at 800 2nd Ave N Moorhead MN. Individuals with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations to access services. Interpreter services will be made available to anyone making the request.
