NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF STATEMENT OF ACTIVITY To all interested agencies, groups, and persons: Rebuilding Together Fargo-Moorhead Area (RTFMA) intends to submit a pre-application to USDA, Rural Development, for a Housing Preservation Grant (section 533) for FY2023. RTFMA seeks this grant to provide housing rehabilitation for a minimum of 7 low to very low-income homeowners. Recipients will receive critical repairs to their homes to ensure the safe and healthy occupancy and preservations of homes in Cass, Traill, and Richland counties. A proposed Statement of Activities will be available for public review and comment by appointment at the RTFMA offices located at 505 Broadway, in Fargo, ND from May 19, 2023 through June 4, 2023. Comments of the proposed statement are to be submitted in writing to Cassie Skalicky, Executive Director, via mail or e-mail (cassieskalicky@rebuildingtogetherfma.org).
