NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that judgment was entered by the District Court, Cass County, North Dakota on 05/17/2018, in the office of the Cass County Clerk of District Court in the case # 09-2018-CV-01130. Judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff, Alerus Financial NA, and against the defendant(s) Keryl A. Anderson, and Paul D. Anderson, in the amount of $52,348.53 and the sum of $59,224.39 plus costs and interest is actually due and unpaid thereon. By virtue of an Execution issued by the Clerk of Court and Notice of Levy, I will sell the personal property described below to the highest bidder for cash at public auction. Such sale to take place at 4021 Main Ave. Fargo, ND 58103, on Thursday, January 30th, 2020 at 11:00A.M.
Such sale will be held to satisfy the amount due with costs accrued to the date of sale, or so much thereof as the proceeds of such sale applicable thereto will satisfy. Please address questions to the Cass County Sheriffs Office at 701-241-5832. Property can be viewed 30 minutes prior to the sale.
