NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Cass County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing in the Vector Conference Room at the Cass County Highway Department, 1201 Main Avenue West, West Fargo, North Dakota, on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 7:00 o’clock a.m. to consider Final Plat approval of Jones Second Subdivision, a Minor Subdivision, located in Section 23, Township 141 North, Range 50 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Cass County, North Dakota to replat a two lot subdivision to adjust a lot line. Additional information may be obtained by viewing the project file located at the Cass County Planning Department office at 1201 Main Avenue West in West Fargo.
