NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Fargo Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing in the Commission Chambers, City Hall, Fargo, North Dakota, on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 3:00 p.m., to consider recommending to the Fargo City Commission approval or denial of an application requesting a Plat of Green Acres Second Addition (Minor Subdivision) a replat of part of Lots 1 and 3, all of Lot 2, Block 1, Green Acres Addition to the City of Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota. The above-described tract of land is located at 2225, 2233, and 2237 13th Avenue South. The proposed plat contains 0.73 acres of land more or less. Additional information may be obtained by viewing the project file located at the City of Fargo Planning Department, 225 4th Street North, Fargo, North Dakota, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any person interested may appear at the Hearing and be heard.
