NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Fargo Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing in the Commission Chambers, City Hall, Fargo, North Dakota, on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 3:00 p.m., to consider recommending to the Fargo City Commission approval or denial of an application requesting 1) a Zoning Change from P/I, Public and Institutional to P/I, Public and Institutional and GC, General Commercial with a C-O, Conditional Overlay on the proposed Southwest Fargo Mission Second Addition, and 2) a Plat of Southwest Fargo Mission Second Addition (Minor Subdivision) a replat of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Southwest Fargo Mission Addition to the City of Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota including a subdivision watercourse setback waiver. The above-described tract of land is located at 4451, 4455, and 4475 40th Avenue South. The proposed plat contains 10.77 acres of land more or less. Additional information may be obtained by viewing the project file located at the City of Fargo Planning Department, 225 4th Street North, Fargo, North Dakota, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any person interested may appear at the Hearing and be heard.
