NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Fargo City Commission will conduct a Public Hearing in the Commission Chambers, City Hall, Fargo, North Dakota on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 5:15 p.m to consider approval or denial of a Petition requesting a Plat of Betlock Addition (Major Subdivision) a replat of Lot 1, Block 2, of a replat of McDermott Subdivision, to the City of Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota, including a vacation of a portion of 18th Avenue North right-of-way. The above-described tract of land is located at 1722 2nd Street North. The proposed plat contains 0.18 acres of land more or less. The Fargo Planning Commission at their regular meeting of February 7, 2023 recommended approval of the above-described application. Additional information may be obtained by viewing the project file located at the City of Fargo Planning Department, 225 4th Street North, Fargo, ND, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
