NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Fargo Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing in the Commission Chambers, City Hall, Fargo, North Dakota, on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 3:00 p.m., to consider approval or denial of an application requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow a temporary Telecommunication Support Structure (TSS) within the P/I, Public and Institutional zoning district within Section 36, Township 140 North, Range 49 West. The above-described tract of land is located at 1310 17th Avenue North. Additional information may be obtained by viewing the project file located at the City of Fargo Planning Department, 225 4th Street North, Fargo, North Dakota, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any person interested may appear at the Hearing and be heard.
