NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Cass County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing in the Vector Conference Room at the Cass County Highway Department, 1201 Main Avenue West, West Fargo, North Dakota, on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 7:00 a.m. to consider a variance from the County Subdivision standards to combine the Auditor's Lots 3-6 and part of Lot 7 returning the property to a 9 acre parcel, in the NE ¼ of Section 18, Township 140 North, Range 49 (Reed Township) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Cass County, North Dakota.
Additional information may be obtained by viewing the project file located at the Cass County Planning Department office at 1201 Main Avenue West in West Fargo or at the Cass County Finance Department office at 211 9th Street South in Fargo between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
