NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Fargo City Commission will conduct a Public
Hearing in the Commission Chambers, City Hall, Fargo, North Dakota, on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 5:15 p.m. to consider approval or denial of an application requesting a Plat of Huynh Kha Addition (Major Subdivision) a plat of an unplatted portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 139 North, Range 49 West to the City of Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota.
The above-described tract of land is located at 1425 Main Avenue. The proposed plat contains 1.3 acres of land more or less.
The Fargo Planning Commission at their regular meeting of December 1, 2020 recommended approval of the above-described application.
