NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Fargo City Commission will conduct a Public
Hearing in the Commission Chambers, City Hall, Fargo, North Dakota, on Monday,
June 15, 2020 at 5:15 p.m. to consider approval or denial of a Land Development Code Text Amendment to amend Section 20-0402(T)(3) and repeal Section 20-0403(C)(5)(e) of the Fargo Municipal Code (Land Development Code) relating to the prohibition of firearm and ammunition sales as a non-farm commercial use or as a home occupation.
The Fargo Planning Commission at their regular meeting of May 5, 2020 recommended denial of the above-described application.
Additional information is located at the City of Fargo Planning Department, 225 4th Street North, Fargo, North Dakota, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and may be obtained by making an appointment by calling 701-241-1474.
