Notice is hereby given that the Fargo City Commission will conduct a Public
Hearing in the Commission Chambers, City Hall, Fargo, North Dakota, on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 5:15 p.m., to consider approval or denial of an application requesting a Growth Plan Amendment on Lots 1 and 2, Block 7, Eagle Valley Addition.
The Fargo Planning Commission at their regular meeting of November 3, 2020 recommended denial of the above-described application.
Additional information is located at the City of Fargo Planning Department, 225 4th Street North, Fargo, North Dakota, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and may be obtained by making an appointment by calling 701-241-1474.
Any person interested may appear at the Hearing and be heard.
