Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Dilworth will meet in the Council Chambers located 2 First Avenue SE at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, to consider the making of Improvement No. 2020-2 ("Citywide Patchwork Project"), pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The City of Dilworth will be doing various milling and overlays (i.e. "patchwork") on the following streets: 8th Avenue NW, 34th Street N, 3rd Ave NW, HWY 10 Frontage Road, Kroshus Drive, and 7th Street NE.
The estimated cost of the improvement is $54,000. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessments will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
Pursuant to the Emergency Declaration dated March 18, 2020 and Resolution 20-12, in-person meetings are at this time not practical due to COVID-19.
