NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held regarding the partial vacation of the dedicated parkland located in Lot 64, Block 2, Elmwood Court Addition, as part of the replat of Lots 63 and 64, Block 2, Elmwood Court Addition, a/k/a the Plat of Elmwood Court Fourth Addition. Said hearing will be held before the City Commission of the City of West Fargo, North Dakota, at 5:30 p.m. on July 20, 2020, in the Commission Chambers of City Hall in the City of West Fargo, North Dakota, at which time any interested party may appear and be heard. A copy of the proposed Plat of Elmwood Court Fourth Addition is available for inspection upon request at the office of the City Auditor.
