Notice of Private Sale of Abandoned Property: Please be advised that various items of personal property from Unit #421 and 312 stored in the Superior Storage self-storage facility will be sold at a private sale in connection with a self-storage facility lien. Notice is hereby given that one individual are indebted to Superior Storage 619 Main Ave E West Fargo ND 58078 for storage fees. Superior Storage will repossess* and sell those items which have been stored at Superior Storage Saturday April 1st, 2023 at 10:00 am. This is a private sale and not open to the public. Superior Storage reserves the right to reject any or all bids. (Sale may be avoided by the individual, holder by paying all fees due on their storage unit no later than 5:00 pm March 31st, 2023.
