NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Horace Fire Hall & Event Center, 413 Main Street, Horace, ND, concerning an application to rezone 7675 Jacks Way, Horace, ND, from a C-2 (Town Center Commercial) zoning district to a C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) district, and a conditional use permit application for a convenience store and gas station in a C-1 zoning district at the same address. The applications are on file at City Hall and are available to be viewed upon request, during normal business hours, all days except weekends and holidays.
