NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held on January 28, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 215 Park Drive East, Horace, ND, concerning a proposed final plat of the following-described property:
A replat of Lots 6 through 9, Block 1, Rud’s Addition and part of Lot 1, Block 1, Rud’s Second Addition, and a plat of part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 138 North, Range 49 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, to the City of Horace, Cass County, North Dakota (to be known as Greeley Addition).
A copy of the proposed plat is available for public inspection and copying at Horace City Hall during normal business hours, all days except weekends and holidays.
