NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held on January 7, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall in Horace, North Dakota, concerning the enactment of a proposed zoning ordinance. The proposed ordinance involves property located south of 76th Avenue S and east of County Road 17 in Horace, North Dakota, which is legally described as:

Lot 2, Block 2 of West Fargo School Addition to the City of Horace, being a replat of Lot 1, Block 3, Lakeview Heights Second Addition, City of Horace, Cass County, North Dakota.

The ordinance is for the purpose of rezoning the above-described property from an A (Agricultural) District to a PF (Public Facilities) District.

A copy of the zoning application is available for public inspection and copying at the office of the City Auditor during normal business hours, all days except weekends and holidays.
