A public hearing will be held on October 5, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. at Horace City Hall, 215 Park Drive East, concerning a proposed plat of the following-described property:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 138 North, Range 49 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian to the City of Horace, Cass County, North Dakota (to be known as Deer Creek Estates Addition).
A copy of the proposed plat is available for review upon request to Barrett Voigt, Community Development Director.
